I originally heard about Brenew from a friend of a friend, so I honestly didn't put a lot of stock in how well they would work out, but I REALLY was pleasantly surprised with not only their performance but their patience. I am definitely one of those individuals who can overwhelm people with questions. I need to have information about everything, but Brenew never got annoyed with my endless search for help. I have had them come to my home for service, let them take my computer for virus removal, and also I have done remote access. I can honestly say I am completely comfortable in trusting them with my computer, which is part of my job, and income. Their prices are also one of the best around , If you can find cheaper than Brenew you will probably be getting sub standard work, but If you want quality work at a fraction of the price BRENEW is your answer !

I called Rob up one day because of an issue i was having with 2 machines in our office. Not only did Brenew fix our problem. They also showed us how to save money and recommended software that would help keep our computers safe. I had originally called one of those other "geek team"( don't want to give them any free advertising) stores and was giving quite a different price than the one Brenew quoted me. I am so glad I went with Brenew. They do work for both of my schools now and I would have it no other way!
